Plasma P 2010, plasma cutting machine
The Plasma 2010 is a high production plasma cutting machine for metal processing from Geka CNC that provides you with a CNC plasma cutting solution for steel and aluminum. The surface of this plasma machine is of 2000 x 1000 millimeters. This CNC plasma cutting equipment is easily controllable thanks to the touchscreen CNC control. The equipment is user-friendly and it is also controllable through remote control.

Automation software
This plasma machine as a CAD/CAM + nesting software is an available option that can store a large variety of shapes, saving a lot of time from your manufacturing process. The software aids the automatic functioning of the machine and can even establish a maximum of material to be used.
Parts of Plasma P 2010
Included in the parts of the Plasma P 2010, this cutting machine has linear guides with recirculating slides. Its Z-head has an integrated CNC THC height control throughout the CNC plasma cutting process between the flare and the piece. Its anti-collision flare system has the capacity to stop the machine in the event of any collision, guaranteeing the security of all its users, minimizing the risks that involves its collision with an unwanted element.
The Plasma P 2010’s laser pointer has a resolution of 0.01 millimeters for the X and Y axis zeroing accuracy. This plasma cutting table has a solid steel chassis and is sectorized with extraction and release of fumes.
Plasma P 2010 features
Among the main features of Plasma P 2010, you may find that its flare has a moving speed of up to 40 meters per minute and that its transmission of helical racks is done with servomotors of up to 70Kg/cm.
The plasma source of the Plasma P 2010’s cutting table can be chosen by the user depending on the features that adapt better to your CNC cutting thickness requirements.
The plasma sources belong to the Hyperterm Powermax range and have the best performance within their class. They are portable and easily controllable, even for beginners. Its latest generation consumable technology delivers speeds and qualities that help you get more done in less time, while cutting costs.
