Plasma P 4020, plasma machine
The high production CNC plasma cutting table Plasma P 4020 is the second biggest model within the Plasma GCS-P series. It is a plasma machine that is controlled though CNC for the processing of steel, with the possibility of adding a grating table or a sectorized fume extraction table.
This plasma machine is a CNC plasma cutting solution with a speed of movement of 40 meters per minute, a laserpointer for X-Y zero-point verification with a resolution of 0,01 millimeters and a solid steel chassis. The machine is also fully controllable through its touchscreen CNC control
Characteristics of the Plasma P 4020 cutting table:
- It has a surface of 4000 x 2000 mm
- Sectorized CNC cutting table with gas extraction
- Linear guides with self-lubricating, tight and backlash-free recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies
- The plasma cutting table Plasma P 4020 has a Z-head with a THC-integrated height control in the CNC control. Due to this, the distance between torch and workpiece is automated during the entire cutting process.
- It features an anticollision flare system (it stops the Plasma machine in the event of any collision).
