Alfa 500/150 is an automatic CNC processing Line for CNC punching, marking and shearing flat bars up to 500mm wide and 20mm thick and Angles up to 150mm x 15mm. It is part of Geka´s flat bars processing range.
This CNC flat bar and angle processing solution can perform automatic tasks such as punching, marking and shearing flat bars and angles. Upgrades from Alfa 500 include a mountable marking unit and a mitre shear cutter. This CNC processing line has a vertical wing punching unit that is unique in the whole Alfa series. This vertical wing punching unit has a single punch and can punch diameters up to 31 mm. It also features a Hydraulic hold-down and a Hydraulic servo valve for its positioning. It also has as a triple-head punching unit for diameters of up to 40 mm for flat-bar and horizontal-wing punching of angles.
