Paxy 1000 CNC Solution
Geka’s Paxy 1000 automated CNC system is one of the models in our Paxy Series of CNC solutions. This fully automated system can perform punching, marking and drilling operations on steel plates.
The Paxy 1000 is an automated machine for operations including the punching of steel plates, which means it automates time-consuming preliminary tasks like manual positioning and centre marking. In this way, the Paxy 1000 CNC solution can improve the efficiency of your manufacturing process, increase productivity, reduce costs and better the accuracy of your operations. The Paxy 1000 can punch steel plates of up to 40 mm in thickness, with a maximum length of 1000 mm and a maximum width of 500 mm.
Another key feature of the Paxy 1000 is its ease of use. With its touch-screen user interface, the machine is intuitive and easy to start using. Additionally, the machine features an automatic feeder with a set of independent serve drives along each axis, which helps simplify the process of loading and unloading material. The machine’s punching unit includes a hydraulic hold-down device.
Geka’s 100 years of experience in designing, engineering and manufacturing ironworking machines guarantee the durability and reliability of the Paxy Series of punching solutions.
