Paxy 2000 CNC Punching Solution
The Paxy 2000 CNC punching solution is the most versatile model in Geka’s Paxy Series of automatic machines. The Paxy 2000 can handle steel plate processing, performing tasks like the punching, marking and drilling of steel plates.
The Paxy 2000 is able to speed up manufacturing process by automating many demanding preliminary tasks, including centre marking and the feeding and positioning of material into the machine. With the Paxy 2000 punching solution manufacturers can punch steel plates of thicknesses of up to 40 mm and of dimensions as large as 2000 mm x 750 mm and a punching power from 80 to 165 tones.
Thanks to its intuitive touch-screen user interface, the Paxy 2000 is a very simple to use automatic machine and easy to incorporate into your manufacturing process. The user interface also features a compact flash memory card.
Additional features of the machine include an automatic feeder with clamping guides and a set of servo drives that automate the demanding process of loading and unloading material into the machine. The punching unit in the Paxy 2000 incorporates a hydraulic hold-down device that safely keeps the material in place.

Paxy 2000 Optional Peripherals
Depending on your requirements, Geka can factory fit the Paxy 2000 with certain optional additional peripherals. Customers can choose from the following accessories to better suit their manufacturing needs:
- A triple punching head, which contains three different variable punches that operators can select from using the user interface.
- A marking unit that can hold up to 10 digits and with a marking force of 80 tons.
- A high speed vertical drilling unit with that can process diameters of up to 40 mm.
